Gajar ka halwa

Gajar ka Halwa

Ingredients:
Carrots
Milk
Dry fruits
Cardamom powder
Sugar
Ghee

Method:
Grate carrots. Heat ghee in kadhai. Add grated carrots in kadhai. Add milk to soften the carrots. Keep it steaming for 5-10 minutes.  Add sugar. Mix it well. Let d carrots soften properly with milk and sugar. Add dry fruits for garnishing and cardamom powder for fragrance!
